Corrigan Instruments located in Georgetown, Ontario Canada was established in 1981 to offer customers in the mining industry customized design, manufacture and installation of measurement and control systems such as cyanide control, mass/flow and density control. In 1983 Corrigan acquired ownership of the Satmagan Magnetite Analyzer from Outokumpu Mining of Helsinki Finland and successfully manufactured and marketed the Satmagan worldwide for over 20 years. The successor to the Satmagan is the Corrigan MagCorr Magnetite Analyzer one of our featured products.
Joe Corrigan – President
Mr. Donald (Joe) Corrigan has many years experience in senior positions in the mining industry as head of the Instrument Department at Texas Gulf Kidd Creek Mine in Timmins Ontario, Senior Instrument Engineer with Faconbridge Dominicana in the Dominican Republic as well as a partner and shareholder in Outokumpu Instruments Canada.
The Canada Centre for Mineral and Energy Technology of Natural Resources Canada presented Mr. Corrigan with the CANMET Technology Award for the development of the CYANCOR Free Cyanide ON Stream Analyzer.
